The champage chicken and asparagus was a HIT. The chicken was different than anything I've ever tasted. The gravy was perfect on top of the mashed potatoes. Brad said he wanted this to be a "regular meal." Now I will say that I had quite a time trying to find "dried beef." Even the Kroger workers didnt know where it was-its by the tuna (fyi). I used *light* cream of mushroom and *light* cream cheese and $4 champagne and it was delicious. Thanks Brandy!! Im wondering if I could make this in the crockpot?? I've got a half a bottle of champagne left if anyone wants to try this recipe...or drink it-but remember its $4 champagne-ha!
Im not sure if the boys have ever had asparagus, but they wolfed it down. I used kosher salt-got the recipe off of Amber's blog...thanks!!

Hey Paula. Got another recipe coming to ya before long. It is called Pork and Green Pepper Stew. We also eat it over rice too. I will have to find it but Adam, my husband, actually made it the other night and it was delicious. I think your husband played baseball with my husband until he quit that is. Ask him if he remembers Adam Ashley.
I'll ask Brad.
Cant wait for the new recipe!
